Paradies Lagardère Expands Food and Beverage Options in San Francisco, Denver and Palm Springs International Airports, Announces
SF Eats Food Hall Partnership

North American Travel Restaurateur Brings Culinary Creativity to Concourses Around the Country with Q1 Openings, Takes Home Three Honors at Airport Experience Awards

ATLANTA (April 22, 2025) – Leading airport concessionaire Paradies Lagardère debuted four new food and beverage offerings at California and Colorado airports during the first quarter of 2025 and earned three awards—including Restaurateur with the Highest Regard for Customer Service —at the 2025 Airport Experience (AXN) Awards. The company is also announcing that it will be opening three restaurants within the new SF Eats Food Hall at San Francisco International Airport (SFO) in the coming months to help bring some of the city’s beloved establishments to the airport.

“These exciting developments are part of our ongoing efforts to provide travelers with diverse and high-quality dining experiences that reflect the rich culinary scenes of the cities we serve,” says Claude Guillaume, senior vice president of restaurant operations for Paradies Lagardère. “Thanks to our incredible airport partners, we’re able to offer immersive dining experiences that help guests feel connected to the city even if they’re just passing through.”

On Jan. 28, Paradies Lagardère brought comfort food back to SFO with the reopening of Perry’s, an iconic American bistro with a 111-year legacy. Located in Terminal 1, Perry’s offers travelers a warm atmosphere and classic American dishes ranging from hearty burgers to fresh seafood.

At Denver International Airport (DEN) on Feb. 28, Paradies Lagardère introduced Aletitude, a modern restaurant that celebrates the vibrant craft beer scene within the Mile-High City. Aletitude serves a refreshing and elevated dining experience with its curated selection of locally sourced dishes and craft brews.

For those traveling through Palm Springs International Airport (PSP), Paradies Lagardère proudly presented Trio, a chic and contemporary restaurant that highlights California-inspired cuisine, craft cocktails and local wines, on April 12. Additionally, the opening of Vino Volo at PSP on April 8 provides an upscale yet casual spot for wine enthusiasts. Both new offerings give guests the perfect opportunity to unwind and relax before their flights.

Looking ahead, Paradies Lagardère is excited to announce that it will open multiple restaurant concepts in the SF Eats Food Hall at SFO’s Harvey Milk Terminal 1, which is scheduled to open in late Spring. The food hall will feature a range of eateries, including popular local favorites such as Napa Farms Market, Equator Coffees, Pacific Cocktail Haven and Tony’s Pizza Napoletana. These new dining options will introduce passengers to popular regional dining concepts they might not otherwise encounter in an airport setting.

Paradies Lagardère has a longstanding history of excellence in the airport concessions industry, consistently earning accolades for its commitment to quality and customer service. At the 2025 Airport Experience (AXN) Awards, which recently took place during the Airport Experience Conference in Washington, DC and spotlights some of the best concepts, operators and concessions teams in North American airports, the company was honored with the following prestigious awards: Best Overall Retailer for the 28th consecutive year, Restaurateur with the Highest Regard for Customer Service and Best Local-Inspired Restaurant Concept (Medium/Small Airports) – Uccello’s Ristorante (GRR).

Additionally, Paradies Lagardère CSR Manager Valerie Davis was recently named as the recipient of the 2025 Green Employee Leader Award by the Green Restaurant Association. Through her exceptional leadership and dedication, Valerie has played a pivotal role in bringing numerous airports into the Green Restaurant Association’s certification program.
