Retail Return Policy

The following policy applies to the return of items purchased at all stores operated by Paradies Lagardere other than the Specialty stores noted below.

Returns/refunds will be accepted within 30 days from date of purchase with a valid copy of the receipt. Only unopened packages or undamaged products will be accepted. There are some purchases excluded – including periodicals (Newspapers, Magazines).

The following items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged:

Newspapers, magazines, SIM cards, phone cards, underwear, lingerie, swimwear, earrings, headphones, consumables, items that expired after the date of purchase, personalized items, or items altered/adjusted after the original sale.

Except as otherwise required by law, all other items, including electronics, may be returned within 30 days of purchase when returned with sales receipt in a new, unused, unopened, and saleable condition.

Defective items may be returned for a refund or exchanged for the same item within 30 days of purchase when returned with a sales receipt in original packaging. For select electronics from Apple, Beats, & Bose, if defective, they will be reviewed with the manufacturer for replacement.

Returns may be made to the store where the item was purchased, any other like-branded store operated by Paradies Lagardere.

Brighton
If you need to return any unworn item, we will happily refund your purchase in the way that you originally paid, with original Brighton Collectibles receipt, within 60 days of purchase.

If you don’t have your receipt, that’s OK, we will exchange the merchandise for the current retail in the store.

Your returned items must be in the original box or tin, in order to receive a refund or credit. We will also need you to present a valid, current photo ID, at the time of your return.

Brooks Brothers
The Brooks Brothers return policy allows you to return items within 60 days of purchase. Here are the key points:

Condition: Items must be in their original condition and unused.

Proof of Purchase: An original receipt is required for a full refund.

Return Methods: You can return items either in-store or by mail, depending on where the purchase was made.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Hip & Humble
Return Procedure

If a return is received from a Hip & Humble Street store (not a paradies Lagardere location), please do not process and advise the customer to call or text the phone number below to process 901-457-3130

If a return is received from another Paradies Hip & Humble location, please process the return as normal.

iStore Return Policy – iStore.co
Returns/exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase with original receipt. Unopened Apples/Beats items must be returned within 14 days. Opened earbuds cannot be returned. We reserve the right to deny any return. See iStoreworld.com or call 1-888-995-5994 for details.

All original packaging, product manuals, accessories, warranty information and peripherals must be intact. Items and packaging must be free from damage and in “like-new” condition.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Cash Refunds over $50 will be made via check within 10 business days from our corporate office.

Credit card purchases will be issued a refund using the original card. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing of your credit.

Defective items within the 30-day policy may be returned or exchanged for a new item, provided the original packaging and receipt are intact.

Outside of the 30-day return policy window, defective items should be returned directly to the manufacturer.

Charging devices, batteries, cables, voltage converters, travel adapters, memory cards, flash drives and screen protectors cannot be returned.

MAC
MAC Cosmetics does not accept returns of products purchased at airport locations, department stores or other partnered retailers; these returns must follow the specific policy of the original purchase location.

You should return any item purchased at an airport MAC counter to that same location, not to a free-standing MAC store or MAC website.

Pandora
Items in unused and original condition are eligible for returns within 30 days.  Damaged/defective merchandise may be returned with the original receipt.

The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded with the exception of damaged/defective merchandise including engraved items & last chance items.

Spanx
Spanx airport stores accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged or defective merchandise purchased at Spanx airport stores within 30 days of original purchase with original receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Items purchased from Spanx.com or Spanx owned retail stores cannot be returned to a Spanx airport store. All items must be returned to Spanx.com or Spanx owned retail stores.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Swarovski
If you are not completely satisfied with a Swarovski purchase or gift for any reason, simply return it in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase to a Swarovski Boutique. Swarovski does not accept exchanges or refunds on any Smart Jewelry or Smart Accessories. If defective, they can be exchanged for an identical item. In the interest of hygiene, earrings and hair accessories are considered final sale.

With an original Swarovski receipt, a refund will be issued in the original tender of the purchase. With a gift card, a refund will be issued as a merchandise credit. Without a receipt or gift receipt, a refund will be issued as merchandise credit for the lowest selling price.

Outlet merchandise purchased at a discount must be returned to an Outlet.

Watch returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the watch has not been worn, sized or altered.

Gift Cards & Merchandise Credit Cards may not be returned for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Swarovski reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.

Lole
The Lolë return policy allows you to return items within 15 days of the billing date, provided you have not worn or altered the item and the tags are still attached.
 To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Place the item back in its original packaging with all tags.
  • Include a copy of your packing slip and highlight the items being returned.
  • Close and seal the package.
  • Contact Lolë customer service via email or phone for a return label if needed.
