Retail veteran to lead operations across 40+ airports in North America
ATLANTA (August 26, 2025) – Paradies Lagardère, a premier North American airport retailer and restaurateur, is pleased to announce the appointment of Brian Griffin as Regional Vice President, Retail Operations – North Region. In this role, Brian will oversee retail operations across more than 40 airports in the United States and Canada, helping to drive operational excellence and deliver an outstanding experience for travelers and airport partners.
Brian brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across retail, banking, and operations, with a proven track record of performance management, customer experience strategy, and team development.
Most recently, Brian served as Vice President of Operations at InMotion Entertainment Group, LLC, overseeing store execution and operational performance across airports nationwide. Before that, he spent over 13 years at Bank of America, where he led client experience strategy as Senior Vice President, Consumer Bank Division Performance Manager, and held leadership roles in retail sales and consumer markets. He also served as District Manager at Under Armour, guiding sales and team development across the Midwest’s Factory House Stores.
Brian studied Business Management at Southern Illinois University before beginning his career in restaurant management and operations. He and his wife are proud parents of four children—two of whom currently serve in the U.S. Armed Forces. Outside of work, Brian is an active volunteer in his community.
