Atlanta-based Paradies, selected as “Best Overall Retailer” for 19 consecutive years by Airport Revenue News, announces the addition of Nikki Harland to its executive leadership team as the Vice President of Human Resources and Jeff Flowers as Regional Vice President.

As the senior Human Resources leader for Paradies, Nikki provides direction on all aspects related to talent management, team engagement, organizational effectiveness, and learning and development.  With 19 years of HR experience and previous experience in retail, entertainment, and sports, Harland has contributed to various change initiatives that have propelled turnarounds and supported significant growth efforts. With an extensive background working with some of the top names in North American retail, Jeff Flowers serves as Regional Vice President of Store Operations and oversees more than 30 of the company’s airport locations from East to Midwest. Bringing leadership, intuition and strategic insight, Flowers complements long-term general managers and newcomers to the Paradies team by serving as a mentor, operational visionary and coach.  Prior to joining Paradies, Flowers served in regional capacity at Party City; led store efforts as Regional Vice President for Toys-R-Us; and directed operations as Zone Vice President for Gap Inc. – Old Navy.

“We are very pleased to have Nikki and Jeff join our executive leadership team and look forward to them each building bench-strength and developing talent for our growing organization,” said Gregg Paradies, president and CEO of Paradies. “With extensive backgrounds in their respective fields, both have hit the ground running to ensure we are well positioned for the future.”
