Fresh, New Concepts Include First-Ever Airport Locations as well as Local Favorites
Highly-acclaimed, US-owned airport concessionaire Paradies received the award to operate an all-inclusive food and beverage program at Ronald Regan Washington National Airport (DCA) on Pier B/C and Pier C.
Paradies and its exclusive partner Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises (LEYE) teamed together to introduce several first-ever and one-of-a-kind airport dining experiences, including Wow Bao and Magic Pan, that will compliment additional brands such as Dunkin’ Donuts, Capital City-themed gastro pubs U Street Pub and Washington Pour House, and proprietary Say Si Bon! Gourmet Market.
“We are excited to introduce first-ever airport dining options Wow Bao and Magic Pan by national restaurants partner Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, and Paradies proprietary gourmet market, Say Si Bon!, while expanding our existing retail presence at Ronald Regan Washington National Airport,” said Bill Casey, Paradies’ Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage. “The End Piers at DCA demonstrate the evolution of airport concessions; each has been cleverly created to engage travelers to dine, socialize or simply relax in the comfort of these unique and thematic environments.”
Terminal B/C End Pier passengers will take delight in Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises’ signature crepe concept Magic Pan, Paradies own Say Si Bon! Gourmet Market, national coffee icon Dunkin’ Donuts, and local favorite U Street Pub.
Also featuring Dunkin’ Donuts and Say Si Bon!, Terminal C End Pier program will feature local best-in-class restaurant and bar Washington Pour House as well as LEYE’s socially-acclaimed Wow Bao, which specializes in the tradition of “bao”, a steamed Asian bun filled with fresh vegetables, quality meats or sweet desserts.
Recognizing the need for passengers to stay in touch with family, friends and business associates, Pier guests will be able to “plug in” while making new connections during their dining experience at communal tables equipped with charging stations.
“Since expanding our food and beverage portfolio to include full and quick-service options, we have delivered award-winning programs at airports coast to coast,” said Gregg Paradies, president and CEO of Paradies. “We continuously strive to raise the bar in service and excellence and look forward to delivering exceptional dining experiences worth repeating for DCA and its sophisticated and discerning passenger base.”
