Paradies Lagardère Airport Restaurants to Launch Annual Campaign to Fight Childhood Hunger

September promotion supports No Kid Hungry®

ATLANTA – Paradies Lagardère, the travel retail and restaurateur leader in North America, will begin its annual campaign to help combat childhood hunger in the U.S. The company will raise funds and awareness through the Dine Out for No Kid Hungry® program throughout the month of September.

Paradies Lagardère venues and restaurants will donate .25 cents for every cup of coffee sold and will also continue its year-round effort to support No Kid Hungry® by donating 25 percent of every kid’s meal sold and served in its restaurants.

“One in five children struggles with hunger in our country. Paradies Lagardère continues to work to combat the troubling issue of childhood hunger through its steadfast commitment to No Kid Hungry®,” said Bill Casey, senior vice president, Food and Beverage, Paradies Lagardère. “Over the last three years, we’ve raised more than $80,000, successfully increasing the amount raised each year. We look forward to building on those efforts this year as well.”

Funds raised support No Kid Hungry’s work to connect vulnerable children to effective nutrition programs such as School Breakfast and Summer Meals, create public-private partnerships that work together to identify and break down barriers to giving children access to meals, and teach low-income families how to stretch their food budgets and cook healthy, affordable meals.
